1. Assessment of Psychosocial and Educational needs of Children and Adolescent is Tsunami affected areas in Sri Lanka

Objectives of this study were to evaluate the post-tsunami psychosocial and educational needs of children up to 18 years in tsunami affected areas, to analyze the situation including the role of the media, identify the needs and prepare a report including a set of recommendations on future actions and interventions. The assessment was carried out by Fund for Relief and Development and TPO/HNI.

The report was concluded on 4 May 2005 and presented to Plan Sri Lanka.
